Ever since mom got an oven from my dad for her birthday last year, she had been watching YouTube videos like crazy and started buying baking equipment. One by one, me and my siblings got bit by the baking bug too. I never tried baking until the day before C and I reconciled since I baked him chocolate chip cookies as my peace offering. 🙂

I used to buy ensaymada a lot until my mom started making it. 4 trays of ensaymada in one go made me tire of ensaymada. It’s full of cheese inside. I wish mom would put in some ube flavored ones next time.
